Positive: We were warmly welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. The bottle of local wine, biscuits, milk and toiletries are a lovely touch. The apartment is spotless and although the apartment, in essence, is part of the family home you are completely independent and private. Very comfy beds and the little terrace is a wonderful perk with sunshine and views. Mundaka is wonderfully accessible and we went to Bilbao by bus so did not have to worry about the car.
Negative: If you would like to cook local produce there are limited cooking facilities. However, have a rest and eat out at the many lovely restaurants or bars.
Summary: We were very content and hopefully will return to enjoy Basque hospitality at its best. Thank you.
